What this policy covers

Otovia currently provides public product information, interactive demonstrations, and a waiting list.

The public site does not provide a verified customer account or operational workshop system.

Data used by this site

The waiting-list form asks for an email address, an optional "where did you find us" choice, and an optional short feedback note after joining. It does not ask for names, phone numbers, billing details, or vehicle records.

• Waiting-list submission. The form sends your email, its load time, a blank bot-check field, your optional source selection, and a Turnstile token when protection is enabled.
• Waiting-list feedback. After joining, the optional feedback note sends your email and the note text of up to 200 characters.
• Website requests. Hosting systems receive your IP address, requested page, request time, and browser or network details needed to deliver the site.
• Website analytics. Google Analytics sets browser identifiers and receives page, browser, device, language, and screen information.

How Otovia uses data

• Waiting-list updates. Otovia uses your email to record your request and send product launch updates.
• Site delivery. Technical request data helps deliver pages and diagnose failed requests.
• Abuse prevention. Form timing, the hidden bot-check field, and Turnstile help reject automated submissions.
• Traffic measurement. Analytics data helps Otovia understand which public pages people visit.

Services that process data

The waiting-list API at api.otovia.xyz receives form submissions. Site hosting systems deliver the public pages.

Google Analytics measures page visits. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form activity when that protection is enabled.

Each provider may process the information needed to supply its service under its own privacy terms.

Retention and your requests

Otovia has not published a fixed retention period for waiting-list records.

Email us to ask about, correct, or delete the waiting-list record linked to your email. We will review the request against available records.

You can also limit analytics cookies through your browser settings. Blocking site scripts can affect some features.

Security and policy changes

Otovia limits this public form to the data needed for the waiting-list flow. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We will update this page when the public site or its data practices change. The effective date identifies the current version.
