Start with the next visit

Record before the vehicle leaves
Enter the date, plate number, mileage, complaint, work, parts, cost, and receipt number. Keep plate number formatting consistent.

Keep one history per vehicle
Add a new row for each visit. Search the plate number to find earlier work. Keep receipts as supporting records.

Set the follow-up
Record the next service date or mileage using the vehicle manual and mechanic assessment. Check records regularly before contacting customers.
This template does not send reminders or back up data automatically. Keep a backup and limit access to relevant staff.
